Police Thursday morning arrested a Tulsa man charged with shooting and killing a locksmith over a dispute about the bill for his services.
Dewayne Fulsom is charged with first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
Police said Sebastian Geiger was called to unlock a car door and got into an argument with the customer about how much he was charging. Geiger had a buddy with him and police said the customer got a couple of friends of his own to join him.
Police said Geiger pointed a gun at the three men as he was leaving and he and one of the men, who police identified as Fulsom, exchanged gunfire.
Geiger was hit and killed and his friend got away unscathed.
Fulsom is being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail.
