Tulsa Dad Pleads Guilty To Killing Son In DUI Crash

A Tulsa father Wednesday entered a blind guilty plea in a Muskogee County courtroom to charges he killed his son in a drunk driving crash.

Cody Welch rolled his truck and hit a tree in Fort Gibson back in March. His 5-year-old boy was flown to a Tulsa hospital where he died.

Welch will be sentenced in February. He's been convicted of drunk driving and drug possession before.
