Oklahoma has a brand new town and its total population is just 56.
Carlton Landing is on Lake Eufaula in Pittsburg County. It was officially incorporated Monday.
It covers 1,650 acres on the south side of the lake, and it's small now, but there are plans to build 60 more homes within the next year.
We visited the community earlier this year and saw its plan for "urban living in a natural setting."
"Reconnect people to the natural environment. We think that connection has been lost in the last couple of generations," said Grant Humphreys, of Carlton Landing.
The homes all have porches and are close to the sidewalks to encourage a neighborly feel.
Because Carlton Landing is an actual town now, local leaders say they could eventually start collecting sales tax.
