Tulsa Police say what appeared to be a self-defense shooting in North Tulsa may have had a different motive.
The original story that a 29-year-old woman gave police, was that she shot a man in self-defense around 7:30 Monday night in the 1600 block of North Atlanta Court. After further investigation, police arrested her husband for the shooting.
Ismael Deligorio, 34, is accused of shooting with intent to kill. He's being held on a $75,000 bond.

An arrest report shows Deligorio and the injured man got into an altercation at the corner of Queen and Atlanta Ct. At some point, shots were fired and the victim was hit twice.
News On 6 reported earlier that witnesses told police there was an ongoing dispute between Ismael and the injured man.
Police told us the wife told them she shot the man in self-defense. The arrest report shows Deligorio corroborated her self-defense claim. During an interview with investigators, though, Deligorio's wife admitted that she wasn't there and her husband shot the man
Police tell us the 19-year-old gunshot victim was hit in the leg, and he will likely survive.
