Tulsa Police: Pickup Truck Hits, Kills Cow On Highway

Tulsa Police say a pickup driver was not injured when he hit a cow that was standing in the southbound lanes of Highway 75 at 36th Street North early Friday.

Tulsa Police said the crash happened at 2:30 a.m.

The man told officers the dark-colored cow came out of nowhere.

Officers said the impact heavily damaged the front of the pickup and killed the cow.

Police say they have no idea how the cow ended up on the highway.
