Sexual Battery Charge Against Fort Gibson Doctor Dismissed

At the request of prosecutors, a Muskogee County judge has dismissed a case against a Fort Gibson doctor charged with sexual battery, according to court records.

Dr. Hubert Watty, 46, was charged in August 2012 after a patient accused him of making a lewd comment and touching her.
