Grove Man Found Dead Following Car Crash

A fatal car crash on a Delaware County wasn't discovered for over 10 hours, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The single-car wreck took place at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday about 5 miles northeast of Grove.

The wreck was called into authorities at about 7:22 a.m. Friday.

Dead is Randall Scott Woolard, 41, of Grove. Woolard died from head and other injuries after his Volvo sedan left an unnamed county road and struck a tree. He was not wearing a seatbelt, according to a collision report.

The cause of the wreck and driver's condition are under investigation.
