A 22-year-old man was arrested Wednesday evening for taking video of women while they were changing clothes in a South Tulsa Target store.

Brian Joseph Heck told officers he was in a dressing room at East 101st Street and Memorial Drive "long enough to video ‘three or four' separate girls," according to an arrest report.

Two women told police they were victims of Heck's peeping.

One of the women said she heard a sound and noticed a black cylindrical object being moved around at the top of the stall. She told officers she quickly dressed and went to the next stall, where she found Heck standing on a chair and holding a pen attached by tape to a pointer, police said.

A camera pen reportedly used by Heck was recovered by the store's loss prevention officer, who turned it over to police.

After review, the video showed four different women, two of whom have been identified, TPD said.

Heck was arrested about 6 p.m. Wednesday and is being held at the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of peeping Tom while using an electronic recording device.

According to the report, Heck is a student at the University of Tulsa. School officials verified he is registered at TU.
