A Tulsa "bad Samaritan" is in custody Tuesday morning. Kenneth Gregory was arrested near 1000 North Garnett Road Tuesday morning by the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crime Task Force, according to the Tulsa Police.
Gregory is suspected of stopping to help a woman who had wrecked her car only to steal her wallet.
The crash happened at 26th and Yale in Tulsa on June 6. While the injured driver was being taken to the hospital, police say Gregory went through her car to get her wallet.
The thefts were discovered when first responders tried to find Lisa Donaldson's license. They couldn't because her wallet had already been stolen.

Witnesses say Gregory stopped to "help" Donaldson, returned to her car to take her wallet, then took off. He was identified through surveillance video as he used Donaldson's credit cards at gas stations and an Atwoods.
His photo was easy for police to find as he has served time for first degree manslaughter, attempted escape, possession of contraband in prison and possession of stolen copper. He was released from prison in December, 2011.
