The City of Broken Arrow said Thursday morning it has lifted a ban on all outdoor water usage. City manager Thom Moton says the city's water supply has reached an adequate level so that he can now lift the ban imposed Wednesday.
The city council passed a resolution banning outdoor watering in a special meeting Wednesday.
A precautionary boil advisory was enacted after a water main burst and officials were worried about possible contamination.
Samples taken Wednesday were tested and showed no contaminates were present. Citing those results, officials lifted the boil advisory Thursday morning.

Restaurants received the go-ahead from the Tulsa City-County Health Department to open on Thursday.
St. John Hospital in Broken Arrow voluntarily closed its doors Wednesday due to the water emergency, but reopened Thursday morning.
Pools and splash pads were closed on Wednesday but are now in regular operations.
