Tulsa Tough gets Tulsa crazy in the final day of racing. Sunday means Cry Baby Hill, where costumed racing fans cheer on the riders as they grind their way up from Riverside Drive.
The smart money this year is on the men in blue - pro cycling team United Healthcare. The team swept both downtown criteriums Friday and Saturday night.
Hill climbing plays a much bigger role on Sunday, as do the fans, who can be found wearing anything from diapers to bathrobes. The event has become a street festival like no other.
Organizers say the crowd is the biggest yet in the series' eight years.

It's not too late to get into the action, but prepare to walk - parking is limited. Here's a link to the race route in River Parks.
