A former Oklahoma State University student accused of molesting other male students will stand trial.
Court records show Nathan Cochran, 22, waived his rights to a preliminary hearing Monday. His trial is set to begin later this month.
The court also found Cochran competent to stand trial. Cochran is pleading not guilty to all four counts of sexual battery.
OSU suspended Cochran after the victims came forward, but came under fire for waiting before reporting the alleged incidents to police.
Cochran's attorney told us the incidents never happened.
