A Tulsa woman was arrested after police pulled her over and found her impaired and with three children in the backseat.

Breona Keshawn McBee, 21, was pulled over in the 2000 block of East 61st Street early Saturday morning, her arrest report states.

Police say McBee was unable to provide proof of insurance and couldn't answer basic questions or follow basic instructions. According to the report, she had an adult passenger and three children in the backseat, one of whom was in a booster seat without a belt.

McBee admitted to police, the report shows, that she had taken four Benadryl. But before the car was impounded, police searched it and found half of an Alprazolam (or Xanax) 2 mg bar in her wallet.

Police say they also found that her driver's license was suspended and the tag registered to her vehicle had expired.

The arrest report shows McBee initially consented to a drug test and changed her mind on the way to OSU Medical Center.

According to the report, one of the children in the vehicle was released to her aunt, another was taken to Youth Services, and the third was put in protective custody, as police were unable to locate any family members.

McBee was booked into Tulsa County jail on complaints of DUI, three counts of child endangerment, possession of a controlled drug in the presence of a minor, and child restraint violations, as well as driving under suspension with an expired tag, and without insurance. She is being held in lieu of over $80,000 bond.
