2 Teens Arrested In Tulsa Snow Cone Shack Burglary

Police arrested two people Thursday in connection with a snow cone shack burglary last week.

Two teens were caught on surveillance video using a pry bar to break into the Josh's Sno Cone Shake in the 11200 block of East 71st on May 23. Investigators say they stole cash from the cash register and left on bicycles.

Police released the photos of the burglars Tuesday, and later identified 18-year-old Jacob Wayne Decolte and a 15-year-old juvenile as suspects.

They were both arrested Thursday on a complaint of second degree burglary.

Decolte was booked into Tulsa County jail on $5,000 bond.
