Tulsa police have located a man they said they wanted to question in connection with a shooting death at the River Glenn Apartments Saturday, May 25, 2013. Rolando "RoRo" Stevenson was found in the 1300 block of East 61st Street Sunday afternoon, according to Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker.

"We are still investigating with no new information to release at this time," Walker said in a news release.

TPD has not identified him as a suspect or person of interest.

Stevenson was wanted on a misdemeanor traffic warrant. Police also wanted to question him in the death of 23-year-old Roland Dion Harris, whose body was found lying in a walkway at the apartment complex.

"We believe that Stevenson is aware that the police are looking for him and avoiding detection and apprehension," Walker said in an earlier news release.

Stevenson is one of two people that may have knowledge of Harris' death, the sergeant said. Stevenson is associated with a person who had recently rented an apartment at River Glenn.

Harris was found outside that apartment, according to police.
