If you're heading out to the Illinois River in Tahlequah this Memorial Day weekend, you'll want to be extra careful.
The Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission says all the rain has caused the river to rise two feet above normal, and the water is moving twice as fast.
There are also fallen trees and other debris.
It's safe enough to raft, but canoeing, inner-tubing, and swimming are discouraged.
