Tulsa Police Find Wrecked, Abandoned Jeep

Tulsa police are investigating a Jeep flipped on the Inner Dispersal Loop. An officer found the vehicle around 4 a.m. MOnday on the westbound IDL near the Denver exit.
No one was around at the time, and no other vehicles appear to have been involved.
