Rogers State baseball moved down two spots to No. 15 in the latest NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll released this week by the national office.
The national ranking for the Hillcats is the ninth consecutive time the Hillcats have cracked the Top 25 stretching back to April 17, 2012.
The Diamond Cats joins three other Sooner Athletic Conference squads in the Top 25. Oklahoma City holds steady at No. 2 in the poll while Lubbock Christian moved up one spot to No. 5 in the rankings. The Oklahoma Baptist Bison slid three spots coming in at No. 20 in the poll's latest edition.
Lee (Tenn.) maintained the No. 1 ranking for the third-straight week while OCU is second for the third-consecutive week. Coming in at No.3 is Faulkner (Ala.) and Red River Athletic Conference frontrunner Northwood (Texas) ranked fourth with LCU rounding out the top five.
Rogers State (25-11) hosts Wayland Baptist University on Friday at 3 p.m. at the Diamond Sports Complex.
