The Rogers County District Attorney's Office has filed a charge of negligent homicide following a deadly crash on October, 30, 2012.

A Oklahoma Highway Patrol report states 18-year-old Joel Reimer drove through a yield sign on Highway 66 at County Road 44 outside Claremore.

Ashley Budde couldn't stop her Ford Focus in time and struck Reimer's pickup.

Ashley Budde's mother, Robin Webb, was in the passenger seat. She died at a Claremore hospital.

"She was the best mom, the best nurturer that anybody could ever ask for," said Ashley Budde.

If convicted of the charge, Reimer faces up to a $1,000 fine and or one year in jail.
