Four men are facing charges for their roles in the death of a Tulsa teen last week.

On January 28, 19-year-old Dujuan Wilson, died after being shot in the chest in a home in the 2400 block of North Boston Place.

Four other men were in the house with him at the time, and police said they gave conflicting stories after the shooting.

One of them, Dijion Mastin, 18, left the house that night, before police arrived, but later turned himself in. Mastin is charged with first degree manslaughter and reckless conduct with a firearm.

According to the arrest report, Mastin told police he accidentally shot Wilson with a .45 caliber handgun, which he had picked up from the sofa. He told investigators he was close friends with Wilson.

The other three men in the house, Deandre Overstreet, 21; Christopher Williams, 21, and Roland Tolbert, 23, are all charged as accessories after the fact.

All four are due in court next month.
