Another night, another Southland Conference win for Oral Roberts.
The Golden Eagles got a combined 43 points and 16 rebounds from Damen Bell-Holter and Warren Niles en route to a 65-59 win over Southeast Louisiana Saturday night in Tulsa.
Bell-Holter led the way with 23 points and 10 boards, shooting 7-10 from the field and 9-11 from the free-throw line. Niles scored 20 points while grabbing six rebounds and four steals.
Brandon Fortenberry and Dre Evans each scored 16 points to lead the way for SE Louisiana (8-12, 6-4). Jeffery Ricard added 10 points and was the only other Lion to reach double-figure scoring.
ORU (14-8, 9-1) earned its sixth-straight win behind 40.7 percent shooting and a 32-29 rebound advantage.
The Golden Eagles will now hit the road for a crucial two-game stretch against two of the Southland's top three teams. Northwestern State and Stephen F. Austin are a combined 16-3 in Southland play.
