Muskogee Man Jailed For Huge Child Support Debt

A Muskogee man is in jail on charges of owing more than $100,000 in back child support.

Odis Loudermilk was arrested this week on a case first filed in 2004. According to Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore, Loudermilk says another unidentified state is behind the request, which says he owes $111,458.22 in back child support there.

Moore told News On 6 this is the highest amount of outstanding child support he's ever seen in Muskogee County.

Court records show Loudermilk has been in and out court and jail over the years concerning the case.

Moore said Loudermilk will remain in the Muskogee County jail until he can post the $111,458 cash bond, or until a hearing on the January 13th.

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services is representing the other state in this case.
