A Tulsa woman is accused of scamming the government out of nearly $10,000 in worker's compensation.

Oklahoma's Attorney General charged Carolin Reinschmiedt after she was caught on camera lifting heavy objects, and moving around freely.

The health care worker was put on total disability in 2010, after she claimed she hurt her neck and back carrying an unruly patient.
