Man Charged With Kidnapping, Maiming Woman Bound Over For Trial

A man charged with kidnapping, maiming and assault and battery has been bound over for trail.

Joseph Sidney Hall, Jr., 24, was arrested last month, after police say he viciously beat the mother of his child.

Police say Hall held the woman in a south Tulsa apartment and when he was taken into custody, he had a piece of the woman's ear in his pocket.

Hall goes to court Monday.
