A Claremore man who hasn't driven in five years won't have to pay a New York toll.
Bill Beckley received a $115 bill from the Port Authority of New York for an unpaid toll. The problem is, the Claremore resident doesn't drive because of a disability and has never been to New York.
He tried explaining the mistake, but didn't get anywhere.
After our story aired on Friday, December 7, Beckley heard from a Port Authority detective who told him they found the truck involved in the violation. He's now in the clear.
