Trailer Carrying Crushed Cars Rolls Over, Closing West Tulsa Exit Ramp

A semi trailer carrying a load of crushed cars rolled over on an exit ramp in West Tulsa Wednesday morning, spilling the cars onto the side of the road.

Sapulpa Police and Fire were dispatched to the crash at 49th West Avenue and I-44 shortly after 7:30 a.m. 

Police say the load shifted causing the dump trailer to roll onto its side.

The driver was not injured, but the exit ramp remained closed for several hours while the dump trailer and the crushed cars were removed.
