Planned Parenthood has filed a lawsuit against the head of the Oklahoma Department of Health.
At issue is the agency's decision to withdraw federal funding for three Tulsa-area clinics, which provide food and nutritional counseling to low-income mothers.
The health department has said it is ending WIC contracts, because Planned Parenthood's cost per participant exceeded those of other clinics.
Planned Parenthood says it has gotten a number of reasons for ending the contracts, none of which are supported by facts.
