Radish sprouts
Spicy Yuzu dressing
Eel sauce
Japanese Chili Pepper
Spicy Mayonnaise
Thinly slice high-quality, fresh fish filet. Line serving dish with spicy Yuzu dressing. Take slice of fish, place crabmeat on top then add radish sprouts and roll up. Place on serving dish.
