Stadium Information For TU Homecoming Game

Thousands will be flooding into TU's H.A. Chapman Stadium Saturday to see the Golden Hurricane take on Rice in the school's homecoming game. The following information will help fans know what to expect on game day around campus.


The Game:
Tulsa (6-1, 4-0 C-USA) vs. Rice (2-5, 0-3 C-USA)
Location: H.A. Chapman Stadium on the TU campus
Game time: 2:35 p.m.
Hurricane Alley: Opens at 11:30 a.m.
Team Walk: Approximately 12:15 p.m. from Collins Hall on 8th Street
Gates Open: 1 p.m.

Tickets on Game Day: Ticket booths will open on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m.

Other Activities:
Basketball Open Practice: The men's basketball team will have an open practice from 11-12 noon at the Donald W. Reynolds Center

Heisman Trophy: Fans can take their photo with the Heisman Trophy, presented by Wendy's, at Hurricane Alley beginning at 11:30 a.m.

H.U.G.S. Donation Drive: EMSA will conduct their H.U.G.S. (Hats, Underwear, Gloves) Donation Drive at the stadium. Fans are encouraged to bring new items to place in an unused EMSA truck that will be located inside Chapman Stadium at Thomas Plaza (west side).

Hurricane Alley is located on Chapman Commons and provides fans an entertainment area prior to the game. Hurricane Alley will open at 8:30 a.m. for the TU-Houston game. Live entertainment will begin at 9 am. Food, drinks and spirit tent are all a part of Hurricane Alley.

Season Ticket Holders and other visitors to the stadium are requested to enter through Gates 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5, 6A & 7.
