Muskogee Man Pleads Guilty To 2010 Shooting Death

Almost two years after he was charged with the murder of a Muskogee man, 36-year-old Andrew Hubbell entered a guilty plea Monday morning.

Hubbell was charged with the death of John Lyman, 42, shortly after the incident in August 2010.

Muskogee Police say Hubbell and Lyman had argued shortly before the fatal shooting.

Hubbell was arrested in Arkansas and brought back to the Muskogee County jail. He remains in jail awaiting his sentencing.
