An October 11, 2012 trial date has been set for two former Bartlesville police officers accused of assault and battery.
A Washington County court judge this week scheduled the date for Stacy Neafus and Sonya Worthington.
Both faces misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and both have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The pair is accused of assaulting a man who was a patient at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville.
Back in March, the city of Bartlesville released a video of the incident to the News On 6 following a request under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
That video appears to show Officer Sonya Worthington slapping the man, then has him in a headlock and is seen twisting his neck while he is still handcuffed.
Officer Stacy Neafus is also seen in the video pushing the man over a metal chair in the hospital's ER.

Court records say the officers were called to the hospital on September 18, 2011 on a report that a male patient was expressing suicidal thoughts and had become combative.
Court records say witnesses reported seeing the two officers assaulting the patient while the man was handcuffed.
