Hearing Scheduled On Justin Blackmon's DUI Charge

Former Oklahoma State University football star Justin Blackmon is scheduled to appear in a Payne County courtroom Tuesday. He is facing DUI charges after an arrest in Stillwater last month.

This is the second time Blackmon has been accused of DUI.

Blackmon will be one of 24 DUI cases heard in the Payne County courtroom Tuesday.

Stillwater Police arrested Blackmon on June 3, 2012, for going 60 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. The arresting officers said a test showed the former OSU football player had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit.

Blackmon was drafted by the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this year.
