Wagoner County Deputies and Broken Arrow Police executed a search warrant Thursday, after receiving information from a burglary suspect, arrested earlier this week.
Michael Richard Boris, 25, was arrested Tuesday on three counts of 2nd degree burglary, one count of attempted 2nd degree burglary, and one count of 1st degree burglary.
The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said Boris is a suspect in a home invasion that happened in Broken Arrow on Monday. They said the suspect entered the front door of the residence and was confronted by the homeowner.
Sheriff Bob Colbert and deputies followed leads, including descriptions from the homeowner and neighbors. Less than 24 hours after the home invasion and attempted burglary, they arrested Boris and booked him into a Wagoner County jail.
The sheriff's office said, after interviewing Boris, they connected him to four other burglaries in the area.
Thursday, the sheriff's office obtained search warrants and recovered what it claimed was stolen property, including weapons, from a Broken Arrow residence and a business, both owned by Lawrence A. Zezima. But Kim Zezima, Zezima's wife, says none of the property confiscated at either location was stolen and that deputies told her they'll return it.
Boris was released on $20,000 bond from the Wagoner County jail on Tuesday.
