University of Tulsa center Trent Dupy has been named to the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, given annually to the best center in college football.
Dupy was one of 51 players named to the list, and one of 21 players who were named to the watch list last season.
The Enid, Okla. native has started all but two games in his career for a total of 36 career starts. The 6'2", 285-pound senior is one of five Conference USA players named to the watch list.
The Rimington Trophy has raised over $2 million for the cystic fibrosis community. The 12-year old award is presented by the Boomer Esiason Foundation, which was founded to promote finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. The foundation has raised nearly $100 million for CF research.
