Tulsa Stores Re-Open Late Wednesday Night To Sell Thunder T-Shirts

Die-hard fans won't have to wait to get their Western Conference Championship gear.

All Tulsa Academy Sports and Outdoors stores will reopen immediately after the Oklahoma City Thunder victory Wednesday night.

We can't show you what all of the T-shirts, caps and other merchandise looks like, though, because it's still boxed up, but workers will break the seals and burn the midnight oil until it's all sold out.

"We do this in some of our other markets that have championships for college, you know, pro teams, and we're excited to be a part of that in Oklahoma," store director Kim Geihsler said.

Local "Dick's Sporting Goods" stores are also extending their hours tonight after the Thunder victory.
