A Tulsa man who was the victim of a home invasion robbery in May became the victim of a shooting early Saturday morning at Festival Park, West 21st Street and Jackson Avenue.

Tulsa police say the man was at the parking lot of the Riverparks amphitheater at about 1:22 a.m. when he recognized the men who robbed him last month at the Westport Apartments according to Tulsa Police Corporal Mark Shelton.

On May 5, 2012, NewsOn6.com reported that two men had knocked at his apartment door then hit him in the face with the butt of a sawed-off shotgun and stole prescription medication, cash and a laptop.

He did not have a good description of the suspects, according to police.

The man was taken to the hospital where he is expected to recover.
