A Tulsa County judge set a new date Wednesday morning for the preliminary hearing for two men charged in a Tulsa shooting spree.

The new date is July 8, 2012.

Assistant District Attorney Doug Drummond filed the request to delay the hearing for Jacob England and Alvin Watts earlier this month.

The reason, the state of Oklahoma has not received reports back from the state medical examiner's office on the three victims.

Read Drummond's request to delay hearing.

Attorneys for the two men have also agreed to the delay request.

Watts and England are charged with first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill and malicious harassment in the April shootings that left three people dead and two others wounded.

Authorities claim the men intentionally targeted black people -- an allegation that England's attorney denies.

A judge has entered not-guilty pleas on behalf of England and Watts.
