Authorities: Alcohol Suspected In Broken Arrow Rollover Crash

One man was taken into custody after he rolled his pickup truck in Broken Arrow early Saturday morning. Authorities say alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the crash.

According to the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, just after midnight, a deputy saw a white Dodge pickup truck speeding and swerving on Broken Arrow Expressway. The truck was eastbound at that time.

The deputy was trying to catch up to the truck when it ran off the roadway about 100 yards past the 51st and 129th exit. The truck then rolled down the hill and landed on the driver's side in a ditch between the highway and the ramp.

The driver of the truck was not injured. Authorities say the deputy was able to help the man get out of the truck and take him into custody.

Authorities say alcohol was likely a factor in the crash.
