Tulsa Fire Cadets Took Training To New Level

Tulsa fire cadets took their training to a new level Tuesday. They got their first taste of fighting a real fire.

Up until now, the cadets have been doing a lot of talking, studying, and strategizing but Tuesday, they had their first "live" fire training.

"It's good to actually see some fire... finally... after eleven weeks of talking about it," said Stephen Groden, Tulsa Fire cadet.

Cadets learned different techniques for fighting dumpster fires, car fires, second floor and basement fires.
