Tulsa Spring Football Game Set For April 7

Spring football practice at the University of Tulsa comes to a close Saturday April 7 at the annual TU Spring Game.

The university has a handful of spring activities planned for the day that finishes with the Spring Game that will kick-off at 1 p.m.

Admission is free to the game as well as to the other festivities scheduled.

Beginning at 11:30 a.m. there will be live entertainment, inflatable games and concessions at Thomas Plaza on the west side of the stadium.

At 12:30 p.m. kids in the 5th grade and below can take part in an Easter Egg Hunt.

The football squad is coming off an 8-5 season last year and will kickoff the 2012-13 season on Sept.1 at Iowa State. The Golden Hurricane then returns home Sept. 8 for its home opener against Tulane.
