The man accused of a shooting outside the Tulsa County Courthouse is in jail.
Andrew Dennehy was booked into the Tulsa County Jail Wednesday on charges, including two shooting with intent to kill.
He's accused of opening fire on the plaza outside the courthouse earlier this month.
A deputy and another man were shot. Responding officers shot Dennehy and wounded him. He's been in the hospital since then.
