STILLWATER, Oklahoma – The Cowgirls' run rule on Saturday in Stillwater couldn't have come at a better time.

OSU made quick work of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, winning 12-2 in five innings before the weather rolled in and postponed the second game.

The two teams will meet again on Sunday at 1 p.m. to make up the game, and the other two games scheduled for Sunday morning as part of the Mizuno Classic have been canceled.

Morgan Hawkins threw the complete game on Saturday in the Cowgirls' victory, giving up five hits and one earned run.

Ari Morrison and Shelby Davis each picked up two RBIs for Oklahoma State, and Amy Graham and Taylor Woodall scored two runs each.

OSU moved to 12-9 on the season with the victory and kept Arkansas-Pine Bluff winless this year at 0-16.

The two teams will wrap up the Mizuno Classic at 1 p.m. Sunday at Cowgirl Stadium.
