Attorneys are set to give their final arguments Tuesday in the trial of a former Tulsa man accused of bombing a city official in Arizona because he was black.

After the closing arguments wrap up, a federal jury will deliberate the fate of Dennis Mahon and his twin brother, Daniel Mahon.

The brothers have pleaded not guilty to three charges stemming from the bombing.

The men are accused of sending a package bomb to Don Logan in 2004.  Logan is black and was the diversity director for the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale at the time.
