Jones told police he was asleep on the couch with his 6-month-old son and 1-year-old daughter when he awoke and found the infant dead.
Officers said the home was in disarray and the only items in the home's refrigerator were beer and juice. Police say they also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home.
Jones remains in the Tulsa County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
DHS took the 1-year-old girl into protective custody. There's still no official word on the cause of death.
