Tulsa's New Admiral Twin Drive-In Rising From The Ashes

A Tulsa icon is rising from the ashes. The re-birth of the Admiral Twin Drive-In is progressing since fire gutted the landmark in 2010.

The steel that will frame the drive-in's big screen is up. It's being built to handle Oklahoma's fierce winds.

The concession stand and bathrooms will be at the base of the screen.

Owner Blake Smith said the rebuilding has been more difficult than he imagined, but the end product will be worth it.
