Four Tulsa players scored in double figures as the Golden Hurricane topped UCF 66-61 Wednesday night.
The victory is the fifth straight for TU that was paced by Scottie Haralson with 18 points.
Jordan Clarkson added 15 points followed by Eric McClellan with 11 and Kodi Maduka with 10.
The Golden Hurricane led for most of the game, but UCF crept back in and A.J. Rompza could have tied the game on a 3-pointer with 23 seconds left, but it fell short.
Keith Clanton led the Knights (15-5, 5-2) with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Rompza added 11 points and Tristan Spurlock scored 10 for UCF, which fell out of first place in the conference.
Tulsa moves to 12-9 on the year and 5-3 in conference play.
The Golden Hurricane will travel to SMU Saturday, Jan. 28 with tip off set for 2 p.m.
