Tulsa County Commissioners Approve Hike In County Park Fees

Tulsa County Commissioners approved a hike in park user fees this week.

The hikes will affect fees for rental of park and athletic facilities as well as day camp rates, sports league rates and swimming pool entry fees.

According to a news release from the commissioner's office, the fees have not been increased in several years.

The new user fee structure is projected to generate an additional $35,000 per year.

The county says the funds will help Tulsa County maintain facilities and infrastructure including buildings, shelters, pools, trails and athletic fields.

The new fees are effective immediately:
