Eighteen U.S. Marines from the Anti-Tank Training Company in Broken Arrow were welcomed home in style late Thursday evening.

The group arrived shortly before 10 p.m. and was greeted by dozens of family members, friends and veterans at Tulsa International Airport.

Sergeant William Denton says it was amazing to see the large crowd on hand.

"It's just absolutely mind-blowing.  This is the first time we've had one, a reception like this, since we came back from in-country, so it's just amazing that this many people would show up to see us come here," said Sgt. Denton.

The Marines were returning home from a deployment in Afghanistan.
