Argument At Tulsa Apartment Early Thursday Leads To Shooting

A Tulsa man is rushed to the hospital after a shooting at the Chalet Apartments near 39th and Riverside early Thursday morning.

Tulsa Police got the call about 1:30 a.m.

Officers say the 21-year-old victim's brother had been arguing with several other people in his apartment.

As the suspects got into a white SUV to leave, the victim exited the apartment and confronted the suspects in the street where he was shot three times.

Police say he was shot in the leg, lower back and arm.  Officers say the victim is expected to survive.

So far, Tulsa Police have not made an arrest.
