TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa County judge has followed a jury's recommendation and sentenced a Tulsa man to life in prison for the shooting death of a Tulsa Rib Crib employee during a robbery.
A jury convicted Isaiah Peevy in August.
The sentenced Peevy to life with the possibility of parole on the murder charge, but added an additional 90 years to his sentence for robbery convictions related to the same incident.
Two other defendants in the case, Deonte Marshall and D'Andre Finnie, pleaded guilty after reaching a deal with prosecutors.

As part of the plea deal, Marshall will serve life with possibility of parole. Finnie's deal calls for him to serve 35 years in prison.
Tulsa Police say the trio shot and killed 50-year-old Bud Stoddard during a robbery of the Rib Crib at 16th and Harvard on May 20, 2010.
